We hope you love everything you order from Donkari—but we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Whether it’s a sizing issue, a change of mind, or a rare product issue, we’re here to help make things right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send us an email at support@Donkari.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a short message about what’s wrong or why you’re returning the item.
  3. If something’s damaged or incorrect, please attach a photo or short video so we can speed things up.
  4. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and where to send your return.

Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still on if possible).

Return & Refund Cases

Received a damaged or faulty item?

We’re so sorry about that.

If your dress arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 30 days (and include a quick photo).

We’ll offer you two options:

  • Send you a free replacement

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Return shipping is completely free for damaged or faulty items.

Package arrived damaged or tampered with? 

  • Please refuse the package if possible, and contact us right away. 
  • We’ll take it up with the carrier and get a solution for you quickly. 

Got the wrong size or product? 

  • Contact us within 30 days. 
  • We’ll send the correct one and cover any extra shipping. 
  • We’ll handle it quickly for you

When Will I Get My Refund? 

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return. 
  • It usually takes 3–5 business days for your bank or card company to show the refund. 
  • Still don’t see it after 14 days? Just reach out—we’ll look into it right away.
